Unlike naver webtoon, you can't freely open all of the chapters there. Even though the manhwa has completed, you can't read them all at once (well perhaps some of them can, but most are not). You can only read 1 chapter per day / two / three days. But, you can read it without waiting if you have kakao cash (which i don't know how to get em). First of all, you will need an android device since you can only sign up on the app. But once you have an account, you can login through the website.
